What is Shave Ice?

Let's start with what shave ice is not. Shave ice is not shaved  (no "d") ice or a snow cone. Shave ice has a very light and fluffy texture rather than large, chunky granules, and it's more than ice with colorful syrup on top. It's a delicious work of art topped with a variety of  thoughtful and hand-crafted sweets making it a beautiful and tasty treat. 

Sustainability

Being kind to our earth is important to us. That's why your shave ice will be served in a biodegradable palm leaf bowl with a wooden spoon. Our palm leaf bowls are made from naturally fallen leaves and no trees are cut or harmed. 

 Toppings

Our snow-like ice is the core of our creations. We then get creative by adding vanilla ice cream (locally made Umpqua Dairy), authentic Hawaiian syrup and various fun toppings like popping bubbles, mochi or fruit. Our mini mochi (sweet rice cakes) are hand-crafted in house along with our unique coconut whip that adds a touch of the tropics.
