I went here for the first time today as my roommate HIGHLY recommended it. I am incredibly glad I went. He got the garlic chicken meal, I got shaved ice and we split some mochi bears. He loved the garlic chicken, said it had incredible flavor and left him feeling satisfied. The shaved ice I got was phenomenal. The flavor options they had were super diverse and just overall awesome variety if you want to make your own instead of a pre picked options. The mochi bears we split were warm, fluffy, and packed quite a sweet and tasty flavor. The option I got had chocolate sauce, strawberries and whipped cream. I will say I was a bit bummed because I saw pho online on there menu and discovered it was only on Fridays, but I'm sure when I get a chance to taste it, it will be as amazing as the rest of the food! Got the garlic chicken and teriyaki beef regular size. I’ve also had the teriyaki chicken and each dish has been excellent in every area. Rice, mac, protein always exceptional. Very friendly service and great portions for the price. We were generously offered a sample of their mochi bears that are coming out soon, namely the one with chocolate topping, strawberries, sweetened condensed milk and whipped cream. Exceeded any expectation I had for it and will be coming back to try them again. It was so moist and had an incredible savory element to it. The highlight of the pork was the char it had which added that extra flavor to put it over the edge. The pasta salad was excellent and the proportion of the mix was perfect. Not to dry and not dripping in an oversaturated gooey mess. The flavor was spot on. Now the rice! Probably the best plain rice I have ever had. the flavor was excellent and it was just ever so slightly seasoned. So good. If you're really hungry get the mini, it has so much food in it. If two of you are really hungry get the large. In a market of over priced hamburgers and bad fries, this is a wonderful change of scenery and the value to volume ratio is better, BECAUSE IT TASTES BETTER! Im partial to the tropical sunset I like the mango, guava, and passion fruit and the mochi topping is really good. My kids really love rainbow sunset. The Umpqua ice cream really pulls it together. I'll be back for sure!
