Wailani Shave Ice at the 9th Annual Lavender Festival

Join Wailani Shave Ice & Island Grindz at the 9th Annual Lavender Festival in Roseburg for a summer weekend of lavender fields, local vendors, live music, island flavors, Hawaiian-style shave ice, and lunch plates.

We’ll be bringing the Wailani mobile shave ice trailer and our food pop-up to the Lavender Festival from July 10–12, 2026. Stop by for one of our shave ice creations made with house toppings, fresh fruit, sweetened condensed milk, and local Umpqua Dairy ice cream in select creations. We’ll also be serving island-style lunch plates, including teriyaki chicken and Kalua pig with rice and mac salad.

The Lavender Festival at Growing Miracles Lavender Garden features vendors, live music, yoga in the lavender, lavender demonstrations, and family-friendly activities throughout the weekend. It’s a perfect summer event to walk the fields, shop local vendors, enjoy music, grab lunch, and cool off with Wailani.
